Here is some of the feedback from the Zoners this week:
"The dust from the weekend has settled and the Zone and I got into a wrestling match. It ended up being Leeny-2, Zone-4. It was a great match-up of strength to smarts. While the Zone tried to play head games with me, my demons eventually came out and made the zone cry uncle. Basically, I cheated on both Friday and Saturday nights (hence the "2" in my scoreboard). "
"My goal is to live in the Zone as much as possible and to limit my "Twilight-Zone" escapades to only 1 (maybe 2) meals a weekend."

"I am realizing the same thing Laurie said earlier this week that out of habit I feel like I should be hungry but I'm not. I don't know if its a craving for sugar/bread but today has been rough. Its also frustrating that I don't even need the things I crave and I am not hungry when I want to eat them."
"Here is a BIG 1 block snack.
7 snack packs of sugar free jello ( 1 gram of protein in each pack) with a 4 oz glass of wine and 3 almonds. Party Time! "
