The end of our
Nutrition Challenge is near and I wanted to get some important information out
to all of you. We will celebrate on Sunday March 14th at 1:00pm at the
gym. Wear your workout clothes, because we will re-do our benchmarks
to see if performance gains have been made.
Pictures
First of all, we need to take your AFTER pictures next week. Pictures will be taken at these times:
Sunday March 7th: 2:30-3:00
Monday March 8th: 10:30-10:45am
Tuesday March
9th: 7-7:15am, 10:30-10:45
Wednesday March 10: 1:00-1:15pm, 6:00-6:15
Thursday March 11: 7-7:15am, 10:30-10:45
If none of these times work for you, email Leeny at Leenyhoff@aol.com and we will schedule a
time to get your picture taken. It
must be taken by Thursday, March 11th. Be sure to wear the same
outfit that you took your BEFORE picture in.
Short Essay/Reflection
Please
submit a short essay, paragraph, poem, or story that reflects on your
experience in the challenge. Be
creative! It doesn't have to be long. Email your reflection to
Leeny by Thursday March 11th at Leenyhoff@aol.com. In the event we have "ties" in the
picture judging, we may have to go to the essays to help us select a
winner. We also might find some really good reflections that we'd like to
share with the group.
We will then present prizes to the Top Caveperson as well as a few special
"honorable mention" prizes. It will be a good ending to an
enlightening nutritional journey.
