I am surprised I don't miss pizza! Have not even thought about it or craved it during the last 5 weeks and I was a pretty regular pizza eater!
I do miss popcorn and will admit I have eaten it a couple of times during the past 5 weeks. Good news is that it is gluten-free and I just learned how to make my own microwave popcorn.. read about it here
BUT, the Nutrition Data can not be ignored...lots of carbs and that is about it!
I am sure I will continue to eat it but more like 6-8 times a year compared to before our challenge when I ate popcorn probably twice a week!
