Just have to share with everyone about CrossFit Radio. It is a radio show, hosted by Neil Anderson, airing 3 times a week. The people interviewed are impressive, knowledgeable and inspiring! Oh - and it is FREE! The great thing about it is if you can't listen live you are able download the episodes on your Ipod from Itunes. There are almost 50 of them - all approx. and hour long.
If you are new to CrossFit you may want to give a listen to episodes 33 and 42 with Russell Benedetto AND episodes 34 and 44, with Gayle Jordan - both CrossFit newbies. Gayle Jordan, blogs about her CrossFit/weight loss journey on her website: Removing My Fat Suit. You also have to check out this video - especially those of you still working on your kipping pull-up! Week One

Thanks for the link to Crossfit Radio. I downloaded episodes to my itunes already. Also, Gayle's story is so inspiring! Her Fat Suit blog is incredible.

Gorillas are vegetarian, why are they so physically powerful?
Gorillas look powerful. I would like to know what is their main source of protein comes from? Since gorillas are vegeterian for the most part, does that mean they have to eat lots of fruits and vegetable to get high amount of protein for their muscules. Bears are very strong animal, but their protein comes from fish and possibly other sources of meat. How can a gorilla be so strong being raised on bananas?
