Why do I feel like we're all alone in this room? Hey, CrossFit StL, where are you? Say something!

Hey, Dan and Orie. I'm going to expose my ignorance here, but what is TLA and FUBAR? I wanted to comment but I honestly don't know. I know they're acronyms, but I can't figure it out.

TLA = Three Letter Acronym.

What about FUBAR?

You are not alone....I was just TAFC. (Temporarily Away From Computer). How do you distinguish between a 4 and a 5 letter acronym? Or, do we really need acronyms to describe acronyms? Personally, I like Acronyms. My old business name was TUF (Toughen Up Fitness)

I was so glad Milton asked about TLA. I love that little joke and never tire of repeating it.
TTFN
(ta ta for now).

I'll step in for Dan, Milton.
FUBAR, I believe, stands for
"!@#$ed up beyond all recognition."
I think this wonderful acronym got it's start in the Army, but its usefulness has caused it to spread throughout civilian life.
